By placing an order, submitting an enquiry, or engaging in any commercial transaction with New Mahalaxmi Enterprises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All products listed on our website — including dyes, chemicals, detergents, and specialty formulations — are subject to availability. Prices shown are indicative and may vary based on:

• Order quantity and minimum order quantities (MOQ)
• Prevailing raw material and market rates at the time of order
• Delivery location and associated logistics costs
• Special or custom formulation requirements

Confirmed prices are those stated in the formal proforma invoice or purchase order acknowledgement issued by us. All prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Orders are accepted via phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website contact form. An order is considered confirmed only after written acknowledgement from New Mahalaxmi Enterprises.

• Payment terms are as mutually agreed and stated on the invoice
• For new customers, 100% advance payment is typically required
• Established B2B customers may be offered credit terms subject to agreement
• Payments must be made by NEFT/RTGS/UPI to our designated bank account
• Goods will be dispatched only after payment confirmation unless credit terms apply

Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum from the due date. We reserve the right to withhold future orders in the event of outstanding dues.

As a B2B supplier, we operate with minimum order quantities (MOQ) that vary by product category:

• Dyes (Direct, Reactive, Acid): 5 kg per shade
• Finish, Washing & Dyeing Chemicals: 10 kg per product
• Detergents: 20 kg per variant
• Bleach products: 25 kg per variant
• Custom / specialty formulations: As specified in quotation

Sub-MOQ orders may be accommodated at a premium pricing with prior written approval.

• We ship PAN India from our facility in Surat, Gujarat
• Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on destination
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier
• Shipping charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed

All products are dispatched after quality testing. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for complete details. Key points:

• Claims for defective or incorrect goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Returns require prior written approval and must be in original, unused condition
• Custom formulations are non-returnable once manufactured
• Refunds are issued after inspection and verification of the returned goods

New Mahalaxmi Enterprises provides products for industrial and commercial use. The buyer is responsible for:

• Verifying product suitability for their specific application before use
• Following all safety data sheet (SDS/MSDS) guidelines during handling and storage
• Compliance with applicable local, state, and national regulations for chemical use

Our liability in any event shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products.

All content on this website — including product names, formulation descriptions, images, and branding — is the intellectual property of New Mahalaxmi Enterprises. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion first. In the event of unresolved disputes, arbitration may be pursued as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
