Shipping Policy

All orders are processed during business hours — Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST. Orders placed after 4 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

• Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp or email within 2–4 business hours
• Dispatch happens after full or agreed payment is received
• Custom/specialty formulations may require an additional 2–3 days for preparation
• A dispatch notification with tracking details (where applicable) will be sent

Estimated delivery timelines from date of dispatch:

• Surat & South Gujarat: 1–2 business days
• Rest of Gujarat: 2–3 business days
• Maharashtra, Rajasthan, MP: 3–4 business days
• North & East India: 4–6 business days
• Northeast & Remote Areas: 6–8 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination. They will be clearly stated on your proforma invoice.

• Bulk pallet orders are shipped via road transport; charges are negotiated per consignment
• Express delivery options are available at additional cost on request
• All shipping charges are subject to applicable GST

All products are packed per industry standards to ensure safe transit:

• Liquid chemicals are packed in HDPE containers with sealed lids and secondary containment
• Powder dyes and chemicals are packed in multi-layer poly bags or fiber drums
• Fragile or reactive items are packed with additional padding and hazard labels
• Each shipment includes a packing list and applicable Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS)

Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the Buyer upon handover of goods to the carrier or logistics partner at our Surat facility. New Mahalaxmi Enterprises is not liable for damage, loss, or delays once the goods are in transit. Buyers are encouraged to arrange transit insurance for high-value orders.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of order. New Mahalaxmi Enterprises is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Re-shipping costs in such cases will be borne by the Buyer.

Some of our chemical products are classified as hazardous materials for transport purposes. We comply with all applicable transport regulations (road, rail, or courier) for such goods:

• Proper hazard labeling and documentation (e.g., MSDS) are included with every shipment
• Certain products may only be dispatched via road transport due to carrier restrictions
• Buyers are responsible for compliance with local storage and handling regulations upon receipt

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the shipment carefully before signing the proof of delivery. If you notice any of the following, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery:

• Missing items or short shipment
• Damaged packaging or leaking containers
• Wrong product delivered

Claims raised after 48 hours may not be entertained. Photographic evidence of damaged goods is required to process a claim. Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for next steps.
